  • Module will allow you to create rules for incoming emails. Based on the content of these rules, it will perform many actions, including create tickets automatically in HelpTrac, send emails (to technicians, users, or ANYONE) automatically, and reply to emails (for automatic responses, update notification, etc).
  • Import user information automatically from an LDAP
    (Active Directory) Server.
  • Check for tickets that have been open too long, reassign tickets to another technician, send an email, include ticket on the Escalation Log and/or escalate to current time.
