Software, Inc.’s Technical Support Group realizes the importance
of great customer support and strives to answer every call promptly
and efficiently. One of our company mottos is “We sell help
desk software and are a terrific help desk.” HelpTrac customers
with Priority Support can use 800-450-6250 to contact Technical
Support. HelpTrac customers have the option to purchase an annual
Standard Support and Enhancement Agreement or Priority Support and
Enhancement Agreement which includes assistance from our Technical
Support Group and all upgrades, new releases, and program patches
for the HelpTrac product (modules) purchased. Technical Support
can be reached at 713-450-1575 or support@helptrac.com between the
hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST Monday through Friday. For purchase
